Cancellation and Refund Policy for Online Payments at Bhaarath Medical College and Hospital

This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you can cancel a payment and request a refund for payments made through the online payment portal of Bhaarath Medical College and Hospital. Please read this policy carefully before making any payments.
2. Payment Confirmation
Once a payment is made through our online payment portal, you will receive a confirmation email or receipt. It is your responsibility to review the payment details and ensure that all information provided is accurate.
3. Cancellation of Payments
- Tuition and Fees:
- Payments for tuition, examination fees, and other academic-related charges are typically non-cancellable once the payment is confirmed. Any exceptions to this will be subject to the institution’s specific policies.
- Requests for cancellation due to administrative errors (e.g., duplicate payments) must be made within 7 days of the transaction date.
- Medical Services:
- Payments for medical services and treatments are generally non-refundable once the service has been rendered. Cancellations may be possible in cases where the service has not yet been provided, subject to approval by the hospital administration.
- Hostel Fees and Other Charges:
- Payments related to hostel accommodation and other ancillary services may be cancelled if the request is made prior to the start of the service period. Specific cancellation deadlines will be provided at the time of payment.
4. Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed only in cases of duplicate payments, overpayments, or payments made in error.
- Refunds will not be provided for payments made for services that have already been rendered, or for fees that are explicitly stated as non-refundable.
- Any refund requests must be accompanied by valid proof of payment (e.g., payment receipt or transaction ID).
- Refund Process:

- Once a refund request is received, it will be reviewed by our team, and if approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction. If the original payment method is no longer available, alternative arrangements will be made.
- Partial Refunds:
- In cases where only a portion of the service has been rendered or where a partial refund is justified, the refund amount will be calculated based on the services utilized up to the point of cancellation.
5. Non-Refundable Payments
Certain payments may be non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Registration fees
- Application processing fees
- Late payment penalties
- Any other charges explicitly stated as non-refundable at the time of payment
6. Disputes and Chargebacks
- In the event of a dispute or chargeback request, Bhaarath Medical College and Hospital reserves the right to review the transaction and take appropriate action, including providing information to the payment processor or financial institution involved.
- Chargebacks that are deemed fraudulent or unfounded may result in the suspension of services or legal action.
